It will be the first show after covid19 quarantine and it will bring together womenswear and menswear. A unique occasion, mostly still “under construction”. We have few details: it will gather a small selected public in order to respect all the hygienic measures. It will stream on all the major platforms live, so that to be accessible to everybody.

This kind of format seems to be the best choice for many big brands today, whose multi-mediality is the only way to compromise with the situation without loosing the old way of presenting. The audience is needed, even if small. For professionals to see the clothes is useful, if not mandatory. Apart from that fashion shows are spectacular and gift emotions to the public, which the main raison d’être. Without mentioning all contents the audience shares on social media.

In 2016 Fendi already presented the couture collection in Rome: the fashion show at Trevi Fountain is unforgettable. This year, the headquarters of Fendi itself, Palazzo delle Civiltà, will be the background for catwalk. It is an incredible set as well, which will certainly give thrill to the public. It symbolises the reunion with the capital of Italy, with its culture and history, with magic of its light.
