“LFW Fall 2020: MM6 Maison Margiela”

Maison Margiela’s autumn winter 2020 collection includes 23 well-assorted looks, including both daywear and evening wear. The main point of the entire collection, however, are the technical details, on which everything seems to lead to. Among these, sleeveless down jackets and waterproof cape, together with maxi orange padded gloves that are perfect for extreme winter sports – or for a quick visit to another planet.

The other half of the collection is a reinterpretation of the Texan cowboy style mixed with ultra-modern evening dresses and tops. There are boots first of all, with square toe and a thick chain as an accessory. Along with these there are leather jackets with fringes on the chest – no need to say that we like a lot the white sleeveless vest.
For the evening Margiela wants straight-cut dresses and blouses, with zebra print, both in the classic black and white and with a fuchsia base. Last but not least, the black leather suit, composed of skinny trousers and top with rounded neckline and narrow waist.
