“LFW Fall 2020: Victoria Beckham”

Victoria Beckham and her brand seem to become more powerful, more significant every season. Not in the most immediate sense of the term: powerful in the sense of meaningful indeed. The point is that Victoria Beckham looks at women from a privileged point of view. She does not try to invent fast consuming trends or eye catching collections, but always thinks of what a woman today may need – not what she wants, but what can make her life easier.
Intuition, of course, and an eye for the latest trends, which however are always modified and adapted as needed.

The Fall 2020 collection is delightfully simple. The outfits are not layered, consisting of three, maximum four garments. They form an impeccable wardrobe for those who want to be fashionable, but must also be safe in their daily active life. However, each garment has something special. The suits with the culottes have a perfect cut; the shirts are classic but have now curved collars now curled ones which make them anything but boring; sweaters have wonderful cuts.
There is also a good section dedicated to the evening, with slipped midi dresses, with a focus on the sleeves. Definitely one of the best brands for women who want to feel smart.
