“MFW Fall 2020: Ermanno Scervino”

Ermanno Scervino’s woman is a very well defined one. And most importantly, the designer knows perfectly what she needs. Modern life is a continuous negotiation between practicality, self-confidence and sensuality and nobody like Scervino is able to provide a perfectly fitting wardrobe for all this challenges. The Autumn Winter 2020 collection made no exceptions. Scervino thought about everyday looks and evening outfits, added sophisticated details and precious fabrics, then mixed them together and gave us as a final result a rich and beautiful collection, in which there is really nothing to add – and nothing to take away as well!

Suits and coats have a perfect tailored cut and are obtained with a beautiful heavy checked fabric. They are mainly in shades of gray and camel, which go perfectly with the classic blue shirt for the office. There is also a very small street style addition: the denim and black leather culottes (which are a safe purchase for the next season) and the hoodie. Yes, you can easily combine it with heeled sandals and matching socks. To be honest, there is nothing more casual&chic than this combination.

Evening dresses are in organza and tulle, sparkling and ethereal. There are also some beautiful sleep dresses in laser-cut leather and transparent ones with gold and white embroidery. You can wear them with the classic tomboy coat, to create an interesting contrast. Another look that we appreciated a lot and that is in our trends’ radar, is the sequin skirt paired with the thick wool sweater.

Sensuality is well visible. Our absolutely favorite item, that we find extremely sexy, is however the least eye-catching: the turtleneck in very fine fabric, showing the skin underneath. Wear it with a black blazer and you will have the perfect combo for a special evening.
