“PFW Fall 2020: Elie Saab”

A fascinating sumptuous show, the one by Elie Saab for next autumn. The lines are feminine and elegant, the blouses close at the neck with a soft and maxi bow, each look becomes more and more elaborated as you proceed. Not to mention the fabrics, patterns and textures are truly amazing. It goes from bright red to intense green, passing through vichy. Even the classic black is so intense that captures us.

Saab wants each garment to have its own very special and exclusive detail. This is for collars and sleeves adorned with ruffles on the shirts, but also of crystals applied on the pockets of the shoulder garments or on the wide neck of a black cape (so chic).
Attention to lace, which is implemented in clothes but which is also the main fabric of some transparent blouses – a mini trend that is emerging during this fashion month. And also pay attention to the veils, smooth or with polka dots. Yes, they will have great success in the near future. Like Saab, we want to play a bit the part of the sophisticated women, and a little drama never hurt anyone.
