“Be You” editorial

“Be yourself; everyone else is already taken”. Said the wise Oscar Wilde in one of his most famous aphorisms.

What could be truer than this? Being yourself, accepting your essence without reservation is the only way to be happy.
Discover your strengths and weaknesses. To build on the former in order to like oneself more and try to contain one’s demons, without blaming oneself too much when one is wrong. Liking oneself is not only a physical matter, getting to the bottom of one’s character is also something that can help us have more self-esteem and relate better with others.

All this does not mean giving up on improving or evolving, on the contrary. Being at peace with our soul helps us to improve. This is because we finally do it for ourselves, and not to please others.
