It now seems superfluous to talk about how much eating the right amounts of fruit and vegetables is good for the skin. It can be said that we all know. Yet, few really care about this matter in everyday life. But then they scramble to find the miraculous cream for their dull complexion face. Instead, keep in mind the primary factors of radiant skin: get enough sleep, drink enough and eat lots of vegetables. You will see that then the rest will be just a plus to achieve perfection.
