Dolce & Gabbana unveils the second chapter of its digital show

Dolce & Gabbana unveils the second chapter of the DG Digital Show, the digital initiative see now buy now that, as the definition suggests, immediately makes the collection available online once it’s presented.

In November, the Italian fashion house had inaugurated the first chapter of the show, presenting exclusively the women’s collection. For this digital show entitled DNA, there is also the men’s collection, resulting in a combination of tradition and innovation where the distinctive elements of the Dolce & Gabbana traits are mixed with innovative solutions, materials and styles coming from urban aesthetics.

Colours, contemporary patterns, bold cuts, garments traditionally linked to sportswear such as jogging pants and sweatshirts accompany the most refined garments, where the pastel colours soften the urban look making it more delicate. The floral mini dress is of strong impact, recalling the warm and seductive tones of spring, as well as the lighthearted minidresses covered in soft clouds of feathers.

It is with the “Power Pastel”, the title of the women’s collection, that the two designers continue the narration of the first chapter started with “Walking in the Street”; sweetness, kindness and romance are the ingredients of this narrative, a breath of spring air that tries to resist the rigid cold of winter.

Men’s clothes, with their cut and lower colours, acquire more character with accessories and shoes in vibrant colours. Peculiar are the garments made with jacquard fabrics, which stand out among mimetic and floral prints, suits and jackets in leather.
