MFW FW21/22: Anteprima’s new horizon
With the Reconnect hashtag, Anteprima is committed to promoting a lifestyle that puts nature at the center. Through the fall/winter 2021 collection presented at Milan Fashion Week, New Horizon, the aim of Izumi Ogino stands out; to find a renewed connection with the natural elements that surround us, taking advantage of this moment of pause set by the pandemic.
Hence, the garments convey the idea of essentiality, of the return to roots, to the primordial essence of things. The neutral shades, preferring brown, beige and green, meet with those deeper than red, blue and purple.
The shapes are plastic, they follow the movements, are comfortable and light, a further manifesto of the naturalness of the silhouettes that meet the soft lines of the earth on which the models parade. A line of continuity emerges clearly from the contours, the fabrics, the patterns, reminiscent of the paths, the hills and the slopes, the movements of the earth.
